Even heating makes every batch come out uniformly golden, and the cups release muffins cleanly with just a quick spray. I’ve made three dozen so far and they’ve held their shape perfectly in the dishwasher, too.

The aluminum heats up fast and spreads heat so evenly that my mini Bundts came out perfectly domed and browned on every side. I've already made two batches of muffins this week and they release cleanly with just a light greasing, no sticking at all.

The aluminum gives these pans such even heat that my cupcakes rose perfectly flat-topped every single time. I've used them for both muffins and mini Bundts, and nothing sticks or warps. They're my go-to pans now for any batch.
