The latch release is so smooth that the sides come off in one clean motion, no cracked edges or stuck crumbs. First cheesecake slid right onto the plate looking bakery-worthy and the bottom stayed perfectly intact.
My last cheesecake came out with a perfectly smooth top, and the sides lifted off in one piece without any crumbling. The non-stick surface really does its job, and cleanup was just a quick rinse.
The latch releases so smoothly that my first cheesecake came out in one perfect, unbroken piece—no cracked tops or crumbling edges like I used to get. I've made three batches since and cleanup is just as easy as the removal.
