12" Basalt Lid

I’ve been using this lid every night since it arrived, and the stainless steel feels solid without being heavy. It sits snugly on my skillet and keeps the heat in perfectly, so my food cooks evenly and cleanup is just a quick wipe.

The lid fits my 12" pan like it was machined for it, and the stainless steel feels hefty without being awkward to lift. It's already become my go-to for simmering and keeping heat in, and clean-up is just a quick wipe.
