The lack of PFAS was the main reason I picked this set, and the ceramic surface has held up beautifully through daily use. It's noticeably lighter than my old cast iron, and the aluminum core heats up fast without hot spots.
The ceramic surface is so easy to wipe clean after cooking, and the aluminum body feels sturdy without being heavy. I've used it nearly every day for two weeks and it still looks brand new, which honestly surprised me given how much I abuse my pans.
