10" Basalt Lid

The stainless steel feels solid and heavy-duty without being a pain to lift, and it seals onto my 10" skillet nicely so steam stays in where it belongs. I've used it for simmering sauces and it's held up great so far.

The stainless steel is heavier than my old glass one, and it sits flush on the skillet with no wobble. I've used it for simmering and steaming, and it feels like it’ll outlast everything else in my kitchen.

Finally, a lid that actually seals properly on my 10" skillet — the stainless steel is heavy enough to trap steam without rattling around. It's been through the oven and dishwasher multiple times without a single warp or stain, which is more than I can say for the glass one I used to own.
