Kaleidoscope Bundt® Pan

The crust came out with such a gorgeous, intricate pattern that my guests thought I’d bought it from a bakery—the grooves are deep enough to really hold onto the design. Cleanup was a breeze too, since the aluminum released the cake without any sticking.

The heavy cast aluminum makes the batter bake so evenly that the ridges come out crisp and the center stays tender. My first cake released cleanly with just a light greasing, and the kaleidoscope pattern looks stunning on the table.

I was nervous about how the pattern would release, but the batter came out with every ridge crisp and defined, and the even browning across the whole cake is what sold me. Cleanup was a breeze too, which never happens with my other pans.
